Terms & Conditions — va8 Platform Rules & Policy

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register a va8 account and access any real-money betting or gaming services. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. va8 conducts age verification checks at registration and may request supporting identification documents — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Any account found to be held by a person under 18 years of age will be immediately closed, all pending bets voided, and all balances forfeited without appeal.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

va8 operates as an English-language platform primarily serving adult players in Bangladesh, including players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other districts. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. va8 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all locations. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited is done at the user's own risk and legal responsibility.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create a va8 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID;
• A valid, active email address that you own and have exclusive access to;
• A valid Bangladesh mobile number capable of receiving SMS OTP;
• Your date of birth (for age verification purposes);
• A password of sufficient complexity as required by the registration form.

You agree to keep all registration information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure. va8 reserves the right to require verification of any information provided at any time.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold exactly one registered va8 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified by shared name, email, mobile number, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — will all be treated as duplicates. va8 will close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and may permanently ban the individual from the Platform. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, contact support at [email protected] immediately to resolve the situation before any action is taken.

2.5 KYC Verification

va8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds, or at any time that va8 deems appropriate for security or compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

va8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). va8 does not charge currency conversion fees — your balance is held entirely in BDT.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper limit on deposits for fully verified accounts, though transaction limits imposed by your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) apply. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your va8 account within 60 seconds in normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours. All funds deposited to va8 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed multiple times per hour during BST business hours. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 15 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. va8 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name — matching the name on your va8 account.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

va8 may withhold or delay a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• Your KYC verification is incomplete or documents are pending review;
• The withdrawal would reduce your balance below the rollover requirement of an active bonus;
• va8 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms;
• A chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal is pending on a recent deposit;
• Your account is under a responsible gaming cooling-off period or self-exclusion.

If your withdrawal is delayed for any reason, va8's support team will notify you via email or live chat and advise on the expected resolution timeline. Unexplained delays of more than 24 hours should be escalated to [email protected].

4.5 Chargebacks and Reversals

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider in respect of a deposit made to va8, where those funds have been used for wagering, is considered fraudulent behaviour and a material breach of these Terms. va8 reserves the right to close your account, void all winnings, and pursue recovery of the disputed funds through all available legal means.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

va8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific bonus terms which are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses awarded by va8 carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) that must be satisfied by real-money betting before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution percentages by game type, minimum odds requirements, and bonus expiry dates are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before a bonus expires results in the forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any bonus-derived winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing opposing bets across accounts to lock in bonus value regardless of outcome, or systematically exploiting promotional pricing — is a serious breach of these Terms. va8 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently banned from the Platform.

6.4 Bonus Withdrawal Restrictions

Until wagering requirements for an active bonus are fully satisfied, your withdrawal eligibility is restricted. You may withdraw your cash balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings) at any time, but doing so will result in the forfeiture of the active bonus and any associated wagering progress. Once wagering requirements are met, the resulting withdrawable balance is released and can be withdrawn via your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

6.5 Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions

va8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not retrospectively affect bonuses already claimed and in progress. va8 also reserves the right to decline to award a bonus to any specific player at its sole discretion, including where va8 has reason to believe the player intends to abuse the promotion.

8.1 Platform Availability

va8 operates its platform with a target uptime of 99.9%, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party service outages (including payment provider downtime), and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. va8 will not be liable for any losses — including missed betting opportunities or inability to place time-sensitive bets — arising from Platform downtime.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, va8 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity. This exclusion applies whether the claim arises in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not va8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 User Responsibility for Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of va8 is lawful in your jurisdiction. va8 makes no representation or warranty that the Platform is appropriate for use in any particular location. Any decision to access or use the Platform is made at your own risk and on your own responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

8.4 Third-Party Game Providers

Casino games on va8 are supplied by independent third-party game providers. While va8 partners exclusively with accredited and reputable providers, va8 is not responsible for game-level errors, glitches, or defects that originate within the game software of a third-party provider. In such cases, va8 will work with the relevant provider to investigate and resolve the issue, but va8's liability is limited to the value of stakes placed on the affected game round.

8.5 Intellectual Property

All content on va8.org — including trademarks, logos, design elements, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of va8 or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, or transmit any va8 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of va8's intellectual property may result in legal action.

8.6 Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and va8 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, warranties, and agreements.
